You are solely responsible for the products or services you list, the accuracy of your listings, and compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and product safety regulations.
You agree not to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods through your Share2Sells store.
Fees for using Share2Sells are described on our Pricing page and may include a subscription fee, transaction fees, or both, depending on your plan.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
You may not use Share2Sells to engage in fraudulent activity, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Share2Sells and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Share2Sells and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You retain ownership of the content and products you upload to your store.
Our platform integrates with third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to Share2Sells or its users.
Share2Sells is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Share2Sells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Share2Sells after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
